I use this in my exalted Jenara, Asura of War EDH deck, along with the Rafiq and Gwafa Hazid

T1: Noble Hierarch
T2: Jhessian Balmgiver (bear with me here)
T3: Good ol' Rafiq (I think you know where this is going...)
T4: That's right, Finest Hour.
First combat phase attack with a 6/6 double strike, unblockable (from the Balmgiver).
Second combat phase attack with a 9/9 (remember that Rafiq gets his exhalted bonus again), unblockable,double strike.
Thats 30 unblockable damage on turn four!
