I guess it's useful against a mill deck, since you technically don't lose until you try and draw and have no cards left to draw.

It seems it would be pretty easy to get screwed over after playing this. A wrath effect at an inopportune time could lose you the game. Clearly, if you choose to run this in your deck, you had better build the rest of the deck around it.
But that art is amazing. And the flavor text is amusing too.
