My opponent had amassed an army of several dozen 1/1 goblins thanks to Krenko, Mob Boss during one of our EDH games. I had one, maybe two blockers. Even with a decent amount of life remaining, it was clear I was dead next turn. I had a turn to do something... anything! What did I draw? This. This guy munches on 1/1's like they're M&M's. I was running a graveyard shenanigans deck, so I was able to sacrifice one of my creatures. And that one, precious, beautiful +1/1 counter on Deathbringer Thoctar is what allowed me to simply destroy his goblin army, one squealing POP at a time. So many opponents underestimate this guy, but when played correctly, and if the stars align, he may just win you the game.
