Not a lot of Starter '99 floating around, and this card only exists in that set. As a result, this card is worth about $10. I don't really know why anyone would pay that much for it, but I thought you should know. I was set to put it in my junk box when I found that out...

1 extra cost for more splashable has always produced weak cards.

@Eved: it's not reverse power creep because this is more splash-able. which goes back to the assumption that serra angel is strictly better--it's not.
