The artwork is something I could do without, but the card is good. One of the first attempts to make it so creature enchantments were not wasted when the creature died, and it's even priced about right for the era.

This should have been a Licid effect. A 1/1 Thrull that can tap to become an aura enchantment. *shrug*

i find it funny that while 'persist' warranted its own keyword, there were, to my knowledge, no enchantments that granted it. rewind to this fallen empires staple that offered a creature one better than persist (since it got the +1/+1 now and lost it after the regen), and you've got an entirely playable card for a single B
