My combo with it is Library of Leng + Geth's Grimoire.
I've only got one so it doesn't happen much but Wheel of Sun and Moon also works really well with that combo.
And...That kinda makes it pay for it's "card disadvantage".

this is an awsome first turn drop when your opponent looks like he has his best hand ever, plus with runeflare trap and megrim you can do lots of damge for 1-2 red mana...red/black eat your heart out

You can't respond to the drawing of cards. You don't get priority during spell resolution. The only way you'll get to use Runeflare Trap is if you don't randomly discard it.

This card looks like fun when combined with Dream Salvage.
Your adversary will be down three random cards and you will be able to filter your deck a little more.
Rated 5 out of 5, just because it is as chaotic as red should be. Love it. =)
