There are more versions of this card's art than you can put in a deck. That's hilarious. I hope they print this in each core set and give it a new art each time.

You know, now that I think of it, it's kinda hard to make this not broken. It's a pinger that evades creature removal.
That being said, it would be great if it was

to summon and just tap to use. That would put it on par with, or maybe even better, than all the pingers.
As is, this is just something to laugh at.

Is there a better card than this if you have a Green deck or a Blue Deck, and you need to take care of a Royal Assassin ? No one seems to have mentioned one...

This + Training Grounds March of the Machines + Voltaic Construct + Sol Ring = Win
Use some Etherium Sculptors to get your combo going by turn 4.
Turn 1: Island, Sol Ring
Turn 2: Island, Etherium Sculptor, Training Grounds
Turn 3: Island, Etherium Sculptor, March of the Machines
Turn 4: Island, Voltaic Construct, Rod of Ruin
{T} Sol Ring for {2} --> Pay {1} for Voltaic Construct to untap Sol Ring --> Repeat 40 times.
Pay {1} and {T} Rod of Ruin to deal 1 damage --> Pay {1} for Voltaic Construct to untap Rod of Ruin --> Repeat 20 ... (see all)
