Gorgon Flail+Plague Spitter .
Wipe the board clean.

Also it's a very nice equip, if your playing with very cheap monsters (or even tokens) It has a cheap Equip cost and can be used over and over, great use of Deathtouch and good card.

Possible Combos: Deathbringer Thoctar, Gelectrode, Cinder Pyromancer, Prodigal Pyromancer, Blood Cultist, Goblin Sharpshooter.......... Deathbringer Thoctar with this, u have a Damnation just over ur opponnent's battlefield...

This is a pretty good card, but is pretty much strictly worse than Basilisk Collar.

Not yet mentionned, I add: in combo with Spitemare and/or Stun Sniper. I really like this card. Deathtouch Kills!!!
