Nah, nontargeted exile (Final Judgment), nontargeted toughness reduction (Mutilate/Black Sun's Zenith), and nontargeted bounce (Evactuation/Upheaval/Devastation Tide/Cyclonic Rift) can sill get him off the battlefield even when decked out like that.

Having a 1-of of this in Legacy can save your ass from Emrakuls while you chump him with lame creatures.
