He's too pricey for a decent goblin deck. That being said, Warren Instigator is a great way to get this guy as a free Teetering Peaks on a stick every turn. In fact, using Warren Instigator to drop 2 of these when you have a Goblin Tunneler is just plain mean. Like 10 evasive damage and excessive goblin drops mean.
