Unbelievable wall. Efficient and can take quite a few hits.
@Temple_Garden: Walls are very white. Cantripping (adding "draw a card" to a spell) is color-neutral. Hence, white is the best color for this, better than its original green. Card draw only counts as blue when you get a net gain of cards, not when you break even. Even then, it's not exactly an exclusive effect, just one that's mostly concentrated in blue.

Wow, look at all the crybabies. Who cares if it isn't green or blue, get over it and splash white (which isn't very hard with green or blue) to put this puppy in. This is arguably the best uncommon in the set. Stop rating it low.

Without the cantrip, Perimeter Captain and Kraken Hatchling would be strictly better (with Hatchling being off color). The fact that you can drop this turn two without losing a card is what makes it awesome.
