Why not wrap in vigor?
Seriously?
I mean this isn't a terrible card, but why would you print a card like Wrap in Vigor in a set all about PREDICTING FUTURE SETS and then print a strictly worse version?
Great art though.

"Hey look! Regeneration is out of M10! That's right! You never really liked that card, eh? It was almost useless? Well, we heard you. Here's a completely new card that's a strictly worse Reknit which never saw any play in the first place, ENJOY!"

This card shall be like the chills of winter: swiftly forgotten when spring shoots rise.

Why do they always make instant regeneration bad? Does it have the potential to be broken? It doesn't seem like it does...

It boggles my mind that they didn't make this 1 mana. We already were given the superior Wrap in Vigor for 2 mana in future sight, and several creatures regenerate for 1 mana naturally. As much as i like the idea behind moving Regeneartion from enchantment into instant speed, this is a surprising opportunity missed by Wizards.

Good for sniping a regeneration onto a creature, but not as good as the enchantment counterpart, Regeneration, that it appears to be replacing. I'd rather have an enchantment with a regeneration ability usable repeatedly that an opponent has to waste a destruction spell on rather than an instant that only works once.

Needs to be one mana.
At least its better than most "regenerate target creature" cards that I've seen.
