How can you hit a planeswalker and a creature? the planeswalker does not control any creatures as far as i understand, it is you as a planeswalker that does.
Anyhoo, it is certainly a decent burn spell, although as an instant, it is only really worthwhile playing during your own turn (perhaps combat phase to get the best effect) or as a 1 player 1 creature on your opponents turn (with our perhaps walking atlas or ruin ghost)

Walking Atlas combos well with this card on your opponents turn.

@Mattmedia - whenever you deal noncombat damage to a player, you can chose to redirect that damage to a planeswalker they control.
And like Cheza implied, save a fetchland to crack during your opponent's turn to get the landfall bonus while taking advantage of its instant speed.

ok, so what happens when you make double landfall? say with a walking atlas on top of your land for the turn?

@Colossus_of_Darstee - Double landfall does the same thing as one landfall. It's a replacement effect.

Awesome card- one of my favourites. One of the key reasons worldwake was so good!
