Also another 3 turn combination, although a bit more risky

Turn one mountain
Turn two mountain, Immolating Souleater
Turn three mountain, pay 14 life and 2 red mountains (+9/+0), and then assault strobe. Swing for 20

assuming they don't have any creatures of course :P but if you made a pure red deck, why not have both kiln fiend AND immolating soul eater?

For a Mirran card, this sure does have some great synergy with infect.
