Lets you draw more when combined with Dusk Urchins but all in all pretty meh.

Should've cost 1 less, then had Target Player draws a card, so it would go with consecrated sphinx.

This card could have costed 1 less and still sucked. Though it would be relatively playable in limited at that point.
