I've stating a long time now that the glorious anthem was too weak and too unspecific to be truly good. Back then, I've said that a card like Day of Destiny is a MUCH better card, as well as Muraganda Petroglyphs. But both cards had the problem that they weren't in the "pants down" slot (= casting cost 3).
Tempered Steel fulfills all my dreams and is worth a deck-designing card. It doesn't break the game, nor does it make you win the game, but it's a static effect that puts some pressure onto the battlefield.
I hope that R&D gets the message and prints more enchantments like this.

Perfect for Myr deck. Memnite, people?
Of course it's not a myr, it only state for ARTEFACTS, so Memnite get it as well.
And we will be seeing Boros decks coming back.

A great card for the standard Myr Deck, as it turns all of your little 1/1s and 2/2s into sizeable threats. Now only if there was a way of generating gratuitous amounts of card advantage to keep you from running out of steam.

This card is at least 4.5/5. If it looks good at first glance, it passes the play test with an A+ mark. People, this baby can easily mean, in the right deck, 4 or 5 Ornithopters, 2/4 evasive flyers, by turn 3. Add some Glint Hawk Idol fun (4/4 flyer that, 90% of the time, can't be the target of sorceries), and you have yourself an the base for an original, yet competitive standard deck. I say original because your deck wont have Goblin Guides and Geopedes, like everyone else's.
