White's crappy version of Blue's Sleep or Permafrost Trap. I like the card draw effect though.

So everyone knows, this gives absolutely 0 card advantage (however, it also doesn't lose you any card advantage). This card, to me, can be used defensively as a stalling tool, or offensively as a way to remove blockers for the turn. I actually like it a lot.
