Absolutely adorable and more flexible than Raging Goblin. Get an infinite mana combo going, multikick infinite times, and swing with an arbitrarily huge skitter of lizards.
The only thing keeping this from being strictly better than its goblin brethren is the million and one interactions between goblin cards. Too soon for Lizard tribal?

At base price, you get a Raging Goblin.
For the same cost as a Gray Ogre, you get a 2/2 haste. That's kind of nifty.
For the same cost as a Magma Phoenix, you get a 3/3 haste. I'd take the bird, usually.
For the same cost as an Ancient Hellkite, you get a 4/4 haste. Dragon, every time
For the same cost as a Dragonstorm, you get a 5/5 haste. Yeah, if you're ramping up to this you're going to want the Dragonstorm
Basically, these little lizards become less efficient the more you pump them, but that's how multikicker cards probably should be. Well-designed, over all.
