In limited, it's an alright card because it can fit basically anywhere on the mana curve. Other than that...

not that good considering other cards red has with haste that are powerful and cheaper - if multikicker was R i might reconsider

I don't really know what to think of this: ranging goblin OR 2/2 haste for 1RR OR 3/3 haste for 2RRR; after that its not worth a darn. I tested some in a proper deck and I rarely kicked it, but well, more options are always welcome.
