This thing is has so much flavor for a Legend from Legends. It's enough for me to excuse the ability, which is only average, but interesting. 3/5!

I like how, unlike a lot of cards with similar effects, you can actually name basic lands. You probably wouldn't even want to, considering your opponent will just be playing them out whenever he draws them, but it's a nice option to have.
Plus... that glorious name.

Buying 4 just for the art alone.
Definitely gonna try making a UB control deck with him, maybe with Training Grounds or Telepathy. It'd be casual and flavorful, mostly just for fun, but isn't that the best reason to make a deck?
