You don't have to combo him for him to be useful. At worst, you know everything in your opponent's hand the first time you use the ability. At Best, you opponent never gets anything they want.

@Keino: Say you have one blue mana source and one black mana source on turn two...
1) You pay the first Dark Ritual with your black source. (Mana pool: BBB)
2) You pay the second Dark Ritual with mana from the First Dark Ritual (Mana pool: BBBBB)
3) Tap your blue source and you have: BBBBBU
4) Cast Nebuchadnezzar
5) ???
6) Profit

Naming basic lands anyone? You can bring him out as early as turn 2 if you happen to have 2 dark rituals.

Great for control decks using bounce abilitys, great land removal, and perfect for telepathy :) Also you could get him out on turn 2 using the 2 dark rituals, your other land just has to be an island. (Use the extra black mana left over from it for a duress and then already learn their hand)

X= 1-# of cards in enemy player's hand. Next turn, named card in hand will be the best card you happened to see. End result: enemy losing best card every turn!

Works great with Telepathy on the field. For 
each turn you can remove any card from your opponent's hand. A couple of turns of that and your opponent is stuck top-decking. As long as you keep at least one counterspell handy, you essentially have the game in lockdown.

This is the first Legend I ever got. I don't know what everybody is talking about, he never made the slightest bit of difference in the game. He sucks, too slow.
