Ruins Venegevine and protects mill from Eldrazi nonsense, making it almost viable again. It'll be hard to decide between this and Leyline of Sanctity for ma sideboard, I'll probably end up with both depending on the environment then.

Black getting the only reprint is lame, even if it does help mill. It also messes up a lot of black cards... Rise from the Grave, Lord of Extinction (BG i know), others i can't think of now... I just can't help but think that black got a bad deal or they were just too lazy to make a new leyline. At least it screws over Knight of the Reliquary.

In an EDH game, this + Helm of Obedience once ruined my life.
Part of me will forever hate this card for that combo. Thank goodness its partner in crime isn't in Standard.

...the only problem I see here is that if you wanna run an all (U) deck, you'll have to splash black for this or have it in your opening hand in order to play it.

Given that Fauna Shaman just made Vengevine even more ridiculous than it already was, a bunch of these ready to sideboard in is probably a good idea for any control deck that splashes black.

>>> All the other colors get stuff to fight other colors. Black fights itself. :( <<<
Listen to this, R&D and then retry it.
