I was hoping that Wizards would fix this flavor text. The dude's a Goblin. A Goblin Chieftain of all things. Shouldn't he be the loudest, ugliest, meanest, and most importantly dumbest of them all?

This card makes me sad. It essentially obsoletes Goblin King, and to a lesser degree, Goblin Warchief. While Warchief reduces the cost of things, i think you have to choose between him and this guy in a deck or else have redundant abilities.

I agree on the flavor text. I mean I like it and it describes goblins perfectly, but it just seems too sophisticated for something that a goblin would say.

If I have this guy out and play Warren Instigator,
And my opponent removes my Chieftain somehow from the battlefield,
Am I allowed to attack with Instigator on the same turn still?
