I hate this stupid rare. It's completely eclipsed in every way by more cards than i can count. Zombie tribal has noxious ghoul.
Scourge sucked. Every set is bound to have some design hits; scourge's don't redeem its misses.

Hilarious in multiplayer...

Also, Dawn of the Dead may be a decent way to get this guy out without shelling out all the mana/etc..
Maybe use him as a safer reanimator target than Pesti demon?
