You declare all your attackers simultaneously and they all do damage simultaneously - you can't use the "attach" ability to pop it from one to the other and give both its buff... unless one has first/double strike, anyway, in which case you can move it between first strike and main combat damage steps, which can be REALLY nice.
Without access to first strike, you can still swap which creature it's on in response to their block, which gives you all sorts of options. You can move it to kill a more important blocker, or if they let one of your little guys through you can move it there to get around the block altogether.
Of course, attentive opponents will see this coming unless you get really tricky with how you make the mana for it, but no matter - it makes blocking your attack much more difficult, and allows you to bump it back to a small creature that didn't attack to have a powerful blocker on defense, if needed. (Of course in the latter case a second main phase equip... (see all)

this + 2 Myr galvanizers, 2 palladium Myr (or any combination of mana-producing Myr worth 4 or more), a Myr propagator and that 2B to shuffle the equipment

So I can play this cards two black mana to move it from a creature who's tapped and just attacked to another creature and attack with that? Is ths correct?

And to think at first I didn't understand the point of the {B}{B} effect.
Now I know that in the right deck, this card not only makes target creature monumental, it means your opponent has to think about EVERY creature you control being monumental.
