I could see this being used alongside Energy Chamber and Steel Overseer. Steel Overseer actually makes Modular playable again.

He has great synergy with Arcbound Reclaimer. Get rid of four counters, draw three cards, use Reclaimer to put him on top of your library, and start all over again.

Quite nice with one or two primal cocoons and a dash of proliferate for some seasoning.

Then of course there's the obvious doubling season; but let's pretend I didn't say that.
