Does he cost 3 or 4 to play it says it costs one less so as you are begining to cast you come to realization you do not need 4 you need three? Righr? any feedback would be appreciated. Seems to make sense to me as all other zombie lords cast for 3.

I think the only better power Zombies have ever had is Rooftop Storm. and this is faster. Hell with it, using both. Zombies are probably one of the scariest tribes in Magic.

I can easily see something nearly identical to this being printed in Innistrad.
The sewn up corpse, the pro-zombie support and the cost reducing effect would make for some madcap mayhem.
It could be reprinted looking like a Skaab.
Or maybe that would absolutely break the whole zombie tribal for this set.

@wowsers: His ability isn't active when he's in your hand or being cast, only when he's a creature on the field. He would cast for 2BB.
