This is a reasonable and fairly costed blue serpent finisher for draft/sealed, nice!

Not the epitome of a brilliant serpent, but Wizards is certainly making them more playable. Quite a house in limited once it comes out, given that most people will have some artifacts in their decks.

It might as well say "unblockable".

This thing eats Bouncing Beebles as a midnight snack.

Killer in EDH, seeing as almost everybody runs Lightning Greaves and often Darksteel Ingot.

Since most people dont bother to draft him in Limited, Scrapdiver just gained more value. Many players dont expect you to pull this out on them late game, so they usually dont have anything left to efficiently address this major threat. Give him your Sword of Body and Mind to show your opponent how disastrous things just turned out for him/her. "Hm, you have a 7/7 unblockable guy that mills me 10 cards and pops a green wolf every turn". Youch.
