Is there a 1/1 flying goblin in the game though for 1? No.

Is there even a 1/1 flyer for 1 in red? No.

For its color and tribe easily a decent card.

Whenever I activate this ability, I don't "Pay {R} to give Goblin Balloon Brigade flying until end of turn", I "pay {R} to inflate the toad".
