Wow. At least one card that could destroy a planeswalker directly. Any other options (like Boomerang, Oblivion Ring) are gone. Must have been a mistake or maybe R&D feels fine, because it doesn't say blue or white to get rid of all these $50 cards.

so if my friend sends out Desolation Angel would i be able to get rid of it using this card as soon as the angels kicker comes to effect?

I see this as a must sideboard card for white in Standard. There will probably be more Tezzerets around, and this is a great way to get rid of him.
