Now where is this card that ask you to sacrifice tapped lands this turn.... as for card this could own since there is no mana burn anymore and best use would be in very multi player games. Could be reprinted.

The card really just needs to be errata'd with (you oppenents cannot tap lands for mana in response)

I don't like that this card can't do what it was intended to do. If you cast this card, your opponents can just tap all their lands in response, at which point this card just becomes "Tap all lands your opponents control."

They would just tap their lands in response, obviously.
The card looks basically like a Mana Short for decks with more reliable blue sources; I'm not impressed.
