Reuse ETB triggers + Save a creature + doesn't target.

So you can still return your faeries to you hand with Scion of Oona out.
And its an instant so it works with Dreamspoiler Witches

Not just for getting reuse out of your stuff; but this guy bounces Emrakul at instant speed; which is a pretty big deal in Legacy if it comes to it.
