Could have used new art. The orange sketch complemented the brown border well, but just looks weird in the new frame.

We seem to have a lack of correct assumptions. Let me get this straight for you guys:

Glissa is not a planeswalker. She did, however, come back.
Tezzeret is a planeswalker, and he sided with the bad guys.
Karn has returned as a planeswalker in New Phyrexia. He did not die. He is back. He is called "Karn Liberated". The abilities listed by Chamale are correct, but the last one is worded a bit differently.

-14 Restart the game, leaving in exile all non-Aura permanant cards exiled by Karn Liberated. Then put those cards onto the battlefield under your control.

There you have it. Right from the card. By the way, the autocard link for Karn (planeswalker) will work later, they haven't added the new cards into Gatherer yet.

He also works great as a wall. And he (it) is a must-have in any artifact deck. I own one of these crads. The Urza's Saga version. I'm cool.

Rumour has it he will be a planeswalker in New Phyrexia. According to what I've seen online:

Karn, the Saviour or Karn, the Released 7

+4: Target player exiles a card from his or her hand.

-3: Exile target permanent.

-14: Players begin a new game of Magic. Put all cards exiled with Karn the Saviour onto the battlefield under your control. Whoever wins this game wins the current game.

Starting loyalty: 6



Karn is one of my favourite pieces of the Magic story, and I hope these rumours turn out to be true. The Shahrazad effect makes me rather skeptical, though.

You could use reaper king too for a colorless deck, just like Sygg, River Cutthroat works for mono-black.Karn does beat them all though. xD
