It's green because it has Vorinclex on it, and he's the green praetor. AND it gets away with being 8 cmc by being green. So no need to complain about it not being blue or black.

This is the only card since Stigma Lasher that has "until the end of the game" printed on it. I was under the impression that WotC implemented emblems for this purpose.
