Wow, first strike and deathtouch mean that almost no creatures can kill her, she is also black which means almost no removal. The third ability goes great with the first and second.

What an undercosted card.
3 cmc for a creature that kills anything that blocks it, plus the artifact-restoring ability (even if it is out of color)

And it evades doom blades.
