Suture Priest is an easy counter against this combo for W decks.

This card should be banned asap.
A 2 card instant kill combo is ok, but not when one of them can be played at any time, you could play an instant.
What do you do against EOT Deceiver Exarch and next turn Splinter Twin? If you don't have the exact right answer (read: no sorcery removal) you are dead... this shouldn't be possible in Standard.

A very strong card, but it's basically "just" a Pestermite. I liked the fact that the Exarchs of the Brutalizer and Entomber varieties did two different things that fit together mentally.
