Guy is a champ in limited.
How often are you going to have something in the air on turn 2? Anything you could possibly have would only trade with it, and chances are you have nothing.
This guy usually gets some good beats in, and sets off metalcraft, if you're into that.

Running a Grand Architect deck predisposes me strongly towards artifact creatures that are also blue creatures. But this just isn't a good card.

A 2/1 for two in Blue is pretty good, particularly, without much of a drawback. In a Green or Red, it's amazing.

In any case, this french vanilla isn't that enticing, especially at 3 mana. Sure he is great in limited, but since constructed is more widely played, I'm going to have to rate this card at the low end of the scale
