I recently made a rat deck......this card is excellent for bringing back my rats to quickly strengthen my pack rats!!!

If the ability to get creatures out of your graveyard at instant speed is for some reason not what you need, this effectively has cycling. The top of the library can also be a useful place for creature cards in some decks.

Black graveyard recursion can come cheaper or directly to the battlefield but this is still good and more versatile than many of its ilk.
