Brotip: Play in human decks. No, really, why the flying f*ck is everyone complaining how it's abilities are "conditional"? Let me tell you why: because otherwise it'd be just plain stupid. Oh, I suppose you want to throw in "unblockable" as another keyword ability, too? Is nothing enough?
This angel is flavorful, fun and has a noticeably big rack. What is there to complain? If mythics didn't have any drawbacks at all, or would be ridiculuously OP, then people would be blaiming Wizards for making them powercreep. All I can say is that they did a fine job on this card.
It has an evasion, is practically invincible, BUT IT DOESN'T FIT TO EVERY GOD DAMN DECK. That's what a good mythic is all about, to me at least.
PS: Yes, I did happen to pull one just two days ago from a booster pack. Will be making a human tribal deck, just because of this card. And one Elite Inquisitor, of course.

hard to say it a good card, on one hand it will be hard to stop it if it get any help, but with the lack of more then a handful of good human's in scars it may not have the power to stand up to any hate; that said I love the art and lore of running is strong

Looks like a perfect fit for a theme deck with Knight Exemplar, Angelic Destiny, and a couple other knights; lots of indestructible knights and angels sound like a fun idea for casual play to me.

A nice, flavorful card. Even without a human, it's still a 5/3 with flying, which can win the game on its own.
I also like that hexproof and indestructible are both primarily defensive abilities, and though they may be perhaps two of the strongest defensive abilities, they don't completely upturn the game. Of course, this angel could get nasty with some enchantments/equipment, but as is I wouldn't feel too bad playing it or playing against it.

I dislike the constant comparison to BSA. The mechanics of each are so different it is like comparing apples and oranges. Angelic Overseer is a combo piece while BSA is a stand-alone power house. I love this card though- a powerful and extremely flavourful addition to any human deck.

I feel like this should be Legendary. Innistrad is so human heavy, even just pairing this up with a lonely Invisible Stalker can give you unfair board advantage. I run 4 of these in my deck though, so I should quit complaining.

@GamOutdoor: Yes, if Angelic Overseer is herself a Human, her ability will still work even without any others on your side of the field.

Let's do some consideration...
A bad 5 mana angel -> Starlit Angel.
A good 5 mana angel -> Melesse Spirit, Angel of Light.
A very good 5 mana angel -> Serra Angel, Shepherd of the Lost, Angel of Flight Alabaster.
A too good 5 mana angel -> Baneslayer Angel, Angelic Overseer.
