The guy in the art is still alive despite getting -2/-2, implying that without any armor or magic he still can survive anything short of an elephant attack.
This manly man needs his own card.

Strictly better than Weakness AND Enfeeblement.

It's a Disfigure that also has a sizable effect on a 3/3. Yes it's sorcery speed, but I think it's still strong.
Though it kind of shows how cruel this world is... I mean, something called dead weight usually only slows you down, and immobilization are usually either tap effects or -X/-0 effects. But this one kills an average Bear outright.

Seems like a really powerful common... a permanent Disfigure (while obviously at sorcery speed) sounds quite useful.

This is a mean, mean card for draft.

For flavor purposes, I wish the creature lost Flying.
For function purposes, I like it quite enough the way it is.

Nah, best 1-drop kill spell right now is Tragic Slip, which is also srictly funnier than this. But it's cool, even though I'd rather just have a Clinging Darkness reprint.
