Makes a load of sense in archenemy because:
- Giving your ally a land can ramp him or mana fix him in a deck/color that misses out on those things
- Is card advantage, which is a good thing to have as an AE
- If you're the AE, helping only one of your enemies is ok.
One would be keen to notice that this also grabs dual lands! The fact that it can rampant growth, card advantage, and manafix, AND deck thin; is pretty important. Worthy of a 1 or 2-of in GSZ based decks as it can ramp you when you need it to. A fun play when in top-deck mode late game is Eternal Witness into this. You get 4 power worth of creatures and pull yet another land out of your deck.
I'd note that Forestwalk is actually pretty desirable in Legacy right now.

Interesting that you can donate the forest to an opponent. Creative way to enable forestwalk =D

Can fetch stuff like temple garden / dryad arbor. Can give your opponent a forest if you want to activate landwalk (Elvish Champion). Oh and it hits as hard as Phantom Warrior.

I adore this card. I really do. It's already a beautiful example of Rebecca Guay's artwork, but here are some of the many wonderful things this card can do:
It's a creature that can make itself and other forestwalkers unblockable. It could technically even make other kinds of landwalkers unblockable if you chose a dual land.
You can give yourself spare forests to thin your deck and increase your mana base. If they're special ones you can even color fix this way.
When playing Two-Headed Giant (or even politics) you can give someone else a land to help them out a bit.
I built a deck combining this and Cipher, especially Stolen Identity. Making token copies of this card means more forests to put wherever the heck you want/need. Dryad Arbor's another good one to copy, but copying Yavimaya means more unblockables as well.
Ultimately, this card encapsulates so much of what I love to do in this game: Mana ramp, play politics, swing unblockably, admire wonderful artwork.
