No reason to make such a controversial creature type... No reason to even go there at all. I have a hard enough time to explain to my church why I play a game called "Magic"... now its got creatures called devils....

I don't know if we're supposed to find it amusing or annoying that the resurrected the "devil" creature type for a sub-par vanilla creature.
More on-point, while the extra point of toughness would enable it to kill any of the 2/2's out there in a straight fight, the fact of the matter is it still gets popped to a Brimstone Volley, even without morbid turned on.
