I have a question: when you attack with the creature that you just gained control of using this card... does the creature become tapped during the opponent's next turn?

OK, (counting Threaten) this has been printed in 5 core sets now. Each time with that misleading reminder text: (It can attack and {T} this turn.)
New Player: "Steal your Wall of Swords, attack you with it."
Is no one concerned about this scenario?

As it has already been said. These kind of cards are great to use and be built around in sacrifice decks. It's so evil, yet so fun to utilize their own creatures to attack them, for it to be sacrificed to Fling or stuff like Nantuko Husk or Carrion Feeder. Skirsdag High Priest for gravy.

@iamdansaur - Since the creature becomes a 'different' creature (it's not the same one that's been stolen by the Act, since it left play), you'd keep it permanently.
@HeavyEcho - Without a sac outlet, I'd rather play this, since it doesn't buff the opponent's creature.
@HuntingDrake - Since the wall has defender (and the reminder text), not in the least.
