The only thing that confused me was why this guy wasn't a knight as well. Another example of many players wanting too much from a card. He only costs four folks. Why people are bringing this guy below a 4.5/5 is shocking. Do you not like the art? Are you a born-again and refuse to use a "devil"? Did you mark it done because of the power creepage?

once it comes out, drop an Infinite Reflection on this when you have 4 or 5 creatures. thats 16 or 25 damadge even before blockers can be declared. im warning you right now while Infinite Reflection is at $0.75, Infinite Reflection can not only be decently comboed in stanandard, but a viable win condition.

Devils--What demons would be if they were playable.

This guy is epic. In my U/R and R/W aggro decks, he typically brings opponents down to 7 or less life by turn 4 when he swings. Top deck a Thunderous Wrath and GG on turn 5.
Turn 1 - Doomed Traveler - 1 creature total (Possibly with Flying)
Turn 2 - Gather the Townsfolk or Krenko's Command (M13) - 3 creatures total
Turn 3 - Midnight Haunting - 5 creatures total (2 with Flying)
Turn 4 - Hellrider - 6 creatures total
Depending on if all your creatures live and what damage you've already done (and which of their creatures are tapped) you can easily swing in for 10-14 JUST on turn 4 and 6 of that is unavoidable.
This card also works stellar with Tandem Lookout. Each tick of Hellriders 1 damage from others attacking lets your draw a card :D. Works decent with Curiosity too but you have to drop it turn 5 without ramping. In this case listed above, you could probably draw 4 cards off rip. Perfect when timed right.
Its pretty good.....

How would running him in token decks work?

The element of surprise is what's so deadly about this card. Playing my rakdos deck, I often find myself with three monsters on the field which have lowered my opponent to really low life. He's feeling smug with big creatures out and ready to stop anything hitting him and then you pull this and kill him before the attacks even go through. With haste, he has no chance to respond either especially if he's tapped out from summoning those big blockers.
And @thewrathofshane: Controversial? What kind of religious fanatic are you? 'I'm Christian so if anyone mentions devils, it's wrong'. If you're really offended by that, maybe you shouldn't be using the internet at all 'that pagan voodoo'. And I just found your comment on Army of Allah too which is even more disgusting.

In a Red/Blue Weenie deck, I usually dump a lot of one drops (Somberwald Vigilante, Forge Devil, Delver of Secrets), then this guy and slap an Infinite Reflection on him. Even with just 3 Hellriders on the field, that's automatically 9, plus the 3/3 devils that are coming in after that.

Look,it's riding a juveline form of Hound of Griselbrand.
Maybe when they are young they only have one head, growing up they aquire the second one and finally when they come back from the dead they become full scale Cerberus.
