They should have made it, "T: Put a +1/+1 counter on target Assembly-Worker." Then we could give the card some respect.

In my opinion, this should have been:
Assembly-Whatever

Artifact
: Add 
to your mana pool.
: ~ becomes a 2/2 Assembly-Worker artifact creature until end of turn.
: Target Assembly-Worker creature gets +1/+1 until end of turn.
Like a Mishra's Factory, but in artifact form... They say that a land can be, generally speking, an artifact that costs 
, so I think that this should be appropriate. Also, in this way, there is another creature type that isn't in any creature card, like Saproling (exept for changelings and Mistform Ultimus).
However, nice card. Nothing special, but the flavour text is amazing!
