Oh, hello Flayer Husk! This makes one of my favorite underdog cards just that much better.

You are now imagining Puresteel Paladin wielding himself and Liquimetal Coating at the same time, manually (thanks to Bludgeon Brawl).

Guys, I think it's time to polish your Heavy Arbalest because this paladin knows how to put them to use.

Bah, I dislike this guy. Magic is just giving away over-the-top abilies, and pushing OP knights. Worst thing is, they're usually even good enough to see real play, or so I've noticed.
I mean, back in the day, this guy would say "equip costs 2 less", and he'd be great. But just out-and-out making all equip costs 0? And nobody's mentioned Leonin Shikari?
I guess it's probably the only way Equipment could hope to keep up in it's losing battle to Enchantress, after Umbra Mystic made it just that much scarier.
And for real people memnites and darksteel relics? Use Accorder Shields, with him it's a no-brainer.

As many a Vorthos player would probably note upon expection: the great irony is that this guy (a Mirridon-aligned-human) works best in a Deck with Living weapons, all of which are Phyrexian Germs.
That little flavor screw up aside, it's a pretty good card. Sadly, I don't think there's a way to make the Deck he'd want to be competitive in outside of block constructed. And, all his goodness notwithstanding, he's still get a very narrow usability.
