Damn, I wanted so badly to run this card in standard, but I just can't make myself. It's fun, and it's not even a bad card, but I can't find a reason to put it in. If Inferno Titan weren't a thing, or if it dodged Dismember, or if it just let you chose a sorcery/instant to put back in your hand as a CIP ability, or if it had some form of evasion, it would easily be able to compete with go-to six drops like Titans and Consecrated Sphinx. But unfortunately, there's little room right now for a 6-drop that doesn't do anything if it gets Doom Bladed or Oblivion Ringed.
I find that really disappointing, because there were so many ways this could have ended up being a competitive card, but it looks like it missed all of them by a hair. It's likely you'll win if you untap with it, but I feel like there are other things that could take its spot that would make you more likely to ... (see all)

Step 1: Cast Shock (or Lightning Bolt if you're outside of standard)
Step 2: Activate Garruk, Primal Hunter's -3 and draw 8 cards
Step 3: Did they really let all of that happen?? Wow, you get to do whatever you want now.

A really powerful effect, and with a couple cards in certain (Fog, Stone Rain, Orim's Chant) this can lead to a nice lock out of the game for your opponents. Just have to make sure "at random" really isn't that random at all by only having one spell in the 'yard.
In fact, this is essentially a much fairer Isochron Scepter

Wow.
Primal Command is pretty evil.
And Plow Under was already a beast to deal with.
Why did I even say that? Rate this a half star to push it to the bottom.

Everyone has mentioned Kiln Fiend but I personally like Wee Dragonauts better because of evasion (but I'm a little biased towards nostalgia). Also don't forget Chandra's Spitfire and Gelectrode for additional lullz with Dminish to clear the board for cheap. And since I'm on the topic of Ravnica, Schismotivate @.@ and Izzet Guildmage.

I got them in a casual two-headed-giant deck, with rise from the grave and flayer of the hatebound. It's fun to play. If someone kills the charmbreaker, you rise from the grave them, and they return the rise from the gave. If they don't get killed, you rise from the grave the flayer. :)

Fantastic card for izzet decks. I can't think of a card that wouldn't be useful to recur. Even if you get something as humble as unsummon then that's still good. With cards like Guttersnipe and Uyo, Silent Prophet, this is just fun/absurd.
Throw in some kiln fiends for additional lols and you have yourself a fun control/beats deck with mostly red creatures and blue control spells. Sleep is a powerhouse card.

Why even go there... No need for "Devil" creature type. Already pushing it with demons, why do you want to fuel the fire? Make something else up instead.
