The ability can be useful. Not useful enough to justify a 4-mana cost for a 2/2 flyer, but useful.

Kinda sad that it doesn't say colors, plural, so this can never actually make itself rainbow. Would really have been that broken if it could be multiple colors?

I feel like this could help a Coalition Victory. Also, four for a 2/2 with flying is... oh who am I kidding? I'm sure you can make tons of combos with it, though. 3.5/5.
