Wow, pretty nice! Seeing everyone's hands is a pretty nice boon (though some playgroups might get miffed and attack you for it- it happened in mine.) Then you can snatch a problem card. Great flexibility.

Well that would be true, if it wasn't for the sorcery-speed restriction. The moment your opponent draws something like Wrath, Baneslayer or some combo piece, he'll likely be able to cast it immediately. This spell costs 2BlueBlack after all.

There might be a good balancing reason for adding this activation restriction to repeated discard effects in general, but since this is a single use for four mana, it shouldn't have had it i think.

And it would have been so much better without it (without getting broken), because then it would actually work the way you presented it.
