Play with Meekstone for a nice lockdown of most creatures.

Obliterates Goblin decks, since red can't destroy enchantments.

Definitely capable of changing players' board positions. Seems like an interesting multiplayer card.

A very fun card. unfortunately, it doesn't work with Goblin Trenches, of the same set and colors.

I know it's hard to, but with this and Godhead of Awe on the battlefield you only need to fear +1/+1 counters

I run this in a R/W deck with R/W creatures with either pro-white or pro-red, with a little direct damage and massive land destruction ( Armageddon) thrown in. Its a blast in multiplayer.

I'd so like to use this with something that gives it lifelink, (not Tamanoa as i don't want to add green) or with Everlasting Torment.

For a defensive deck, there is also Caltrops, which deals 1 less damage but is colorless, only costs {3}, and doesn't hurt blockers.
